Dashboard & Analytics Guide

The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your congregation's territory activity, coverage, and performance metrics. This guide explains how to read and use the dashboard effectively.

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your central hub for territory intelligence. It shows data about:

  • Total territory count and status
  • Active assignments and availability
  • Coverage patterns and gaps
  • Publisher performance
  • Service year progress

Accessing the Dashboard:

  • Click Dashboard in the top navigation
  • Automatically loads on login
  • Refreshes data automatically

Key Metrics

Territory Statistics Card

Total Territories

  • Count of all territories in your congregation
  • Includes both assigned and unassigned
  • Broken down by type (Apartment, Business, House to House, etc.)

Active Assignments

  • Number of territories currently assigned to publishers
  • Percentage of total territories
  • Publishers with active territories

Available Territories

  • Territories ready for assignment
  • Unassigned and worked territories
  • Queue of territories waiting to be assigned

Being Worked

  • Territories currently assigned to publishers
  • Count of active assignments

Overdue

  • Territories held longer than expected
  • Territories needing attention

Service Year Progress

What It Shows:

  • Current service year progress percentage
  • Previous service year comparison
  • Number of territories covered each year
  • Visual progress indicators

How to Use:

  • Track progress toward full territory coverage
  • Compare performance year-over-year
  • Set goals for service year coverage
  • Monitor if coverage is improving or declining

Coverage Metrics

Overall Coverage Percentage

  • Percentage of congregation territory that has been worked
  • Time-based calculation (e.g., within last 12 months)
  • Visual progress bar or chart

Coverage by Locality

  • Breakdown by neighborhood/area
  • Identifies under-served localities
  • Compare coverage across different areas

Coverage by Type

  • Apartment vs. Business vs. House to House coverage
  • Helps balance territory assignment
  • Shows which types need attention

Coverage Analysis

Progress Charts

Time to Complete Chart:

  • Average time to complete a territory
  • Comparison between current and previous service year
  • Trends over time

Two-Year Progress Chart:

  • Visual representation of territory coverage over two service years
  • Month-by-month progress tracking
  • Helps identify seasonal patterns

Last Worked by Quarter Chart:

  • Bar chart showing when territories were last worked
  • Broken down by territory type
  • Grouped by time period (quarters)

How to Use:

  • Monitor if completion times are improving
  • Identify seasonal patterns in territory work
  • Track which territory types need more attention
  • Plan campaigns based on coverage gaps

  • Confirm territories are properly published (not just saved as drafts)
  • Check if territory work dates are recorded correctly
  • Verify assignment dates are accurate
  • Refresh the page to reload latest data
  • Contact support if calculations seem wrong

"Charts not displaying"
